Functional finishing
The raw materials are given the desired properties through various finishing processes. For example, flame-retardant or defined outer surfaces can be achieved.
Dyes
The dyeing of lining and outer fabrics is one of the most challenging activities in textile processing. A permanent dye should be achieved if the fabric is dyed correctly.
Aesthetic finishing
The finishing of fabrics has many forms. Depending on the area of application, the raw material is given a special outer surface or an individual look, for example. Environmental protection has top priority in this context.
Digital printing
Digital printing is a modern alternative to traditional printing processes. The greatest advantage is the flexible application of every pattern imaginable in virtually any colour – perfect for smaller quantities of fabric.
Rotary printing
Rotary printing is a traditional printing process. The individual colours of the desired pattern on the fabric are applied over several screen rollers – perfect for large quantities of fabric.
Transfer printing
Transfer printing allows dye to be applied to a substrate using transfer paper or foil. The substrate can consist of various materials: from polyester to cotton to blended woven fabrics.
